Terms of service
These terms govern access to BidPorch, including the free Scout plan, paid subscriptions and source-derived opportunity information.
Effective August 7, 2026 · Contact support@familyhub.info
1. The service
BidPorch organizes contracts, grants, permits, development activity and company disclosures from third-party sources. It provides search, ranking, alerts and workflow tools. BidPorch is an information service—not a procurement agent, grant adviser, broker, legal adviser or guarantee of an award, project or business outcome.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
3. Verify every opportunity
Source records may be delayed, incomplete, revised or withdrawn. Match scores and summaries are estimates. Before spending money, submitting materials or relying on a deadline, verify the current notice, eligibility, scope, value and submission requirements at the linked official source.
4. Acceptable use
You may use BidPorch for your own lawful business development and client work. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, overload source systems, republish the database as a competing feed, use automated extraction against restricted sources, or use the service to violate another party’s rights or terms.
5. Plans and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown during checkout until cancelled. Prices and included limits are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or when we agree otherwise.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, remove or change sources and features as source availability, law and product quality require. We may suspend access to protect the service, users or source systems. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when practical.
7. Intellectual property
BidPorch’s software, design, normalization, rankings and original content are protected by applicable law. Third-party source records remain subject to their own terms and rights. You retain ownership of criteria, notes and feedback you submit, and grant us permission to process them to operate and improve the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid BidPorch during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms, create security risk or misuse source data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by contacting the other party.
